Detailed Description

This beautiful cross blends the rich earth tone of Tigers Eye with the golden gleam of pure sterling silver plated with real 14 KT gold.

Avante garde jewelry artist Joie Jager chose rarely-seen 1/4" links to make a chain of unusual beauty. If you look carefully at the Tigers Eye, you'll see a slight, old-world irregularity to the shape of the cross and tiny demarcations in the surface. This is common in hand-wrought carvings, and not an imperfection. The stone is not banded with color, but is almost entirely a solid, rich mahogany. Tigers Eye became known in ancient times as a psychic protector, great for business and aiding clarity of thinking. We cannot say for sure if this is accurate, but the ancients swore by it!
